Gates Hospitalists, LLC is a group of internal medicine physicians who practice medicine exclusively in a hospital setting. A hospitalist is an acute care physician who cares for you while you are in the hospital in the place of your primary care physician. Our physicians are all Board Certified in internal medicine.
Since our hospitalist physicians have focused their practice of medicine to hospitalized patients, we understand the complexities of acute illnesses and the operations of the hospital. We routinely staff our hospitalist physicians in the hospital every day and for several hours each night - we are also available by phone 24 hours a day. Due to our availability, we are able to get to the patients more quickly, get the appropriate tests ordered, make the diagnosis, create the treatment plan, and make adjustments of the treatment plan as necessary. Gates Hospitalists, LLC is able to provide excellent care to hospitalized patients and their families.
